Web-Based Document Management System with Integrity Verification

The aim of this study is to enhance the security of the current system "DMS" by using the SHA-256 hash algorithm for integrity verification. The user profile allows the user changed his or her basic information like username and password. Since DMS with integrity verification are more reliable and safer, the system would support the institution/organization.

The general objective of this study is to design and develop web-based document management system with integrity verification that will be available to users on Personal Computer. The organization's documents would be more protected with the aid of this device than they will be with paper documents.

The system can assist any company/organization such as State Universities by organizing or managing their documents with integrity verification ensuring that their documents are safe and protected. Only the Professors will access the system. The SHA-256 Hash Algorithm would allow the user to determine whether or not their document had been modified.
